All submissions are handled under strict clinical confidentiality protocols. Case reviews are conducted in alignment with German clinical governance practices.

A valid email address is required to receive your case confirmation.

Recommended Medical Documents

Patients may upload any available medical reports, including:

  • •  MRI or CT scan reports
  • •  Laboratory results
  • •  Previous diagnosis or treatment plans

PDF files or clear photos are acceptable. Max 10 MB per file.

This submission is encrypted in transit and handled in accordance with German data protection regulations. Your information will not be shared with third parties outside the clinical coordination process.
